important items:

•  club elections

• vote on Changing section 11.2 of bylaws: 
•  old:  In the event that more than one team is needed in one age group, the travel team coordinator will assign three coaches, not involve in coaching any of the teams for this group of players, to evaluate the players skill level.
• New:  The travel Coordinator may hold travel player evaluations to determine appropriate player placement in the travel division.  The coordinator will assign three coaches, one of which be the the coach of that travel team, to evaluate the players skill level.
