Travel

-need new field for spring travel, Sharpsville will not be available, under constructions

            look into Hickory High School field and Darby Road field

-recommended George Perry Camp for Coaches and Travel player training, in June

            cost will be around 3000, would need at least 40 kids at $75/kid

-send out travel forms earlier by mid Dec

registrations will go directly to Tricia for travel

-have an early bird fee for travel registration due by Jan 30,

·         last day, no exceptions, Feb 1

recommended U12 boys cup team – Andy Hoggarth possible coach –

-          need to decide on cost

-          will start in div 3A

 Need to add to web site info on cup programs with SAYSA

add to web site for travel teams, “all player rosters and coaches must be board approved”

Travel and rec fees

-PAWest fee up $1 for rec and travel and $75/team for cup

-recommended increasing travel and rec fees

recreational

-          Andy/Aaron – may need more help with rec if Andy helping with travel

-          Olaf Haroldson interested in helping more with coordinating rec program

-          Al Johnston agreed to hold an training session for rec coaches U6 and U8

o   Will offer in early April

o   Possible place Covenant Presbyterian church

o   Will pass out equipment on that day
